Born in the Philippines and raised in Canada, Joeffer Caoc graduated from Toronto’s Ryerson University and received an outstanding recent graduate award in fashion design. His Autumn 2017 collection includes exquisitely crafted day wear separates, evening wear, cocktail dresses and gowns.
